An interview on gold from 1988
Larry Reed first interviewed me when he was Chief Economist with the National Committee for Monetary Reform in Louisiana, US. This was a precious metals (including gold) and rare coin company run by Jim Blanchard.
The interview was carried out in 1988, when gold mining in Australia was still on the rise. I was head of Croesus Mining NL which had recently celebrated a positive start in business. We mined 25,000 ounces of gold in our first year.
Today Larry is President of FEE and I’m running a think tank of my own. This link — Larry Reed and Ron Manners interview — will take you to a PDF of the interview transcript.
